Veljko Posavec was born on 17 February 1984 in Čakovac. He graduated from the School of Applied Arts and Graphic Design in Zagreb in 2002. He was a student of the Academy of Fine Arts in the class of Professor Miroslav Šutej and in 2007 he graduated graphic design in the class of Professor Nevenka Arbanas. He has exhibited in several individual and collective exhibitions in Croatia and abroad. Veljko Posavec was awarded the prize of the Academy of Fine Arts for the best graduates of the class 2005-2006 and he has received the Audience Award at 3rd DAA in Koprivnica.
He lives and works in Varaždin.
